How do I know what’s available to order?
Everything available to order is in the shop, with its price, measured details, and what’s included. If a product isn’t listed there, it isn’t available yet.
What does VerdaForge make?
Plant-care pieces for indoor growers, designed and 3D-printed by VerdaForge: a self-watering planter, propagation stations for rooting cuttings, and stackable plant risers. Meet VerdaForge.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
We ship within the US only. Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order. Each piece is made to order and ships within 3–5 business days; delivery time after that depends on the carrier.
Can I return an item?
Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace the item or refund it.
How do I check whether a piece will fit?
Compare the measured dimensions on the product page with your pot, sill, or shelf. Similar appearance does not establish fit. Use our setup checklist or ask us before ordering.
Is everything pictured included?
Use each product’s included-components list to check what you are buying. Plants, pots, soil, and accessories should only be treated as included when explicitly listed.
How do I get help with an order?
Use the contact form. Include your order number if you have one and the product name, and describe the issue. Do not include payment-card details.
